Walk and Talk

Visit the gorgeous Snowdonia National Park and beautiful north Wales coast. Walk and talk with me to clear your mind, bring clarity to your ideas and even unleash your true purpose.

From 1976 to 2018, I worked as an executive, mentor, and board advisor in the high-tech sector, traveling the world and collaborating with fascinating individuals. By any measure, my career was a success but as life evolves, our priorities change.

In January 2024 I had my 70th birthday which marked the next phase of my life. I’ll never retire but I will focus more on creative interests and share my experience as a mentor, but with a difference. That’s where ‘Walk and Talk’ comes in.

These are not ‘team-building sessions’ where you build rafts with trees and oil drums so don’t worry! These are  informal sessions where you spend time in amazing landscapes thinking and talking about things that are important to you. You can draw on my 40+ years of global business experience in business development and management to help you shape your thoughts and ideas.

I listen, ask questions and share my insights and ideas on the things you’re concerned with. Read about Snowdonia here.

HOW IT WORKS

The session works best as a one-on-one event or with a small group of up to four.  When you book I will send you details of where we’ll meet and what you need to bring and wear.

If you have booked your own accommodation, we will meet at an agreed place at 9am for a quick debrief and coffee. We will usually finish at 4pm.

I pick the route based on the weather conditions and time of year. You need to be fairly fit and healthy although the walks are not intended to be too strenuous. I will always tailor the walks to your needs.

I live between Capel Curig and Betws y Coed and there is plenty of accomodation locally.  We also rent a shepherds hut that sleeps two. Visit www.glynshepherdshut.com for details and availability.
